Recovery can involve more than just reducing or quiting their use of alcohol or other drugs and other addictive behavior such as what is called “process addictions”. These for example, include overeating, pornography, gambling, spendaholism, guilt, and feeliing hurried most of the time. The outcome is sadly, the loss of purpose and personal meaning, even identity to one degree or another. Recovery is about getting back to the state in which we were and still exist before ever using. Can you remember who you were then before chemicals took over?

Emotional, Psychological, Physical and Spiritual Health is my goal as it is for many.

Let me say too, that Recovery Coaching also includes working with:

  • Those facing problems in overcoming anxiety, excessive worries and, or specific fears.
  • Depressive behaviors.
  • Apathy or indifference.
  • Abusive or neglectful relationships.
  • Trauma or PTSD.
  • Loss.
  • Spiritual confusion or unwanted blocks in making personal or occupational progress.
  • Social isolation or social fears.
  • Panic attacks.
  • Estrangement from collective church involvement.
  • Weight loss.
  • Anger or bouts of rage.
  • Expressive or communicaations difficulties.
  • Difficulty discerning God’s Will.
